I have a busy social life. Will I have to give up alcohol or dining out?
Not at all. We design your plan *around* your life, not against it. We teach you how to navigate
client dinners, social events, and travel while still making progress. Moderate alcohol
consumption can be integrated; it's about making better choices, not perfect ones.
Do I need to cook my own meals?
No. Many of our clients have personal chefs or rely on ordering out. We work with whatever food
environment you are in. We can review menus with you or give instructions to your house staff on
how to prepare meals that align with your goals.
Is my coaching confidential?
Absolutely. We work with high-profile individuals and understand the need for discretion. Your
participation, photos, and data are kept strictly confidential unless you explicitly grant
permission to share.
How does the WhatsApp accountability work?
You send photos of your meals and a daily summary. It takes less than 2 minutes a day. Neelam
reviews them personally and provides immediate feedback / corrections. This "real-time" course
correction is why our clients get results where other plans fail.
